Annual Fire Alarm System Inspection:

Inspection of Fire Alarm System in compliance with applicable NFPA 72 standards including:

1. Visual inspection and functional testing of fire alarm control panel components and power supplies.
2. Visual inspection and functional testing of remote power supplies (when applicable).
3. Load testing of fire alarm system and remote supply standby power batteries.
4. Visual inspection and functional testing of automatic and manual alarm initiating devices.
5. Visual inspection and functional testing of audible and visual notification appliances.
6. Visual inspection and functional testing of emergency two-way communications systems (when applicable).
7. Verification of alarm signal transmission to a central station (when applicable).
8. Visual and functional testing of remote system annunciators (when applicable).
9. Verification of graphic map device locations (when applicable).
10. Functional testing of HVAC and damper control relays (Excludes Certified Pressure Test).
11. Functional testing of door releasing relays.
12. Documentation of system testing and when applicable, generation of system deficiencies report.
